• Special requests may incur additional charges depending on complexity.

• Payment terms will be shared upon booking.

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance

• Late cancellations may result in partial or full charges depending on preparation status.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring the event space is accessible and suitable for setup (eg. providing electric access).

• Any damages to Leona equipment during the event caused by external factors may result in compensation charges.
